Bozeman Pumpkins provides porch decorating and seasonal pumpkin packages for delivery and setup in designated service areas.

2. Orders & Payments

- All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Deposits are final and non-refundable, as we reserve pumpkins and schedule services just for you.
- Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid prior to or upon delivery.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Due to the seasonal nature of pumpkins, all sales are final once confirmed.
- We do not guarantee pumpkin size, color, or shape—each pumpkin has its own natural character.

4. Delivery & Setup

- Setup is not included in every package. If you purchase a package without setup, or you did not add setup as an additional service, your pumpkins will be delivered only.

- Customers are responsible for arranging their own décor if setup is not purchased.

- All pumpkins are natural products and vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. Some may have freckles, bumps, or lean to one side. These are not defects—they’re personality.

- We do not guarantee “perfect” pumpkins or identical looks across packages.

5. Liability

Bozeman Pumpkins is not liable for:

- Weather-related damage (snow, rain, heat, wildlife, etc.).
- Natural variations in pumpkin condition over time.
- Injuries or property damage resulting from pumpkins, décor items, or delivery placement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, and logos—is the property of Bozeman Pumpkins and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Montana jurisdiction.
